I would like to take the time to personally thank all of the kids that came out for the Week of Hope in 2009.  These volunteers came from all over the US.  Over 150 kids came from such places as Maine, Connecticut, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Kentucky and Tennessee.  With out their help, the progress we made would have taken a lot longer.

Every step of the way, Bob West (or association's VP) was there to lend a hand.  His hospitality has shown the true meaning of a community.  He opened his home to strangers when they needed a glass of water, or simply needed a stove to cook lunch on.  We want to thank you for your commitment to Wildwood!

You will start to see more changes throughout the year as we progress with our projects.

I would also like to point out a few of our accomlishemnts so far:

• Cleaned the brush from in front of the fences
• Repaired and repainted portions of the fence
• Repaired or replaced trash cans on the playground
• Installed 4 drains to move standing water out of the way when it rains
• Repainted front porch columns
• We appointed Barbara Williamson as a new director to the board.
